Who is responsible

Ebbe.land ApS (company registration number 42791792) is the data controller for this website and for correspondence sent to us. Write to contact@ebbe.land about anything on this page.

What we collect

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. There are no forms and no accounts.

Two things are nevertheless processed. Our hosting provider records standard server data, including IP address, time of request and browser type, in order to serve the page and keep it secure. And the typefaces on this site are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your IP address is transmitted to Google when the page loads.

If you email us, we hold your address and whatever you write, for as long as the correspondence is relevant — and then delete it.

Why we are allowed to

Server logs and correspondence are processed under our legitimate interest in operating the site and replying to people who contact us (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).

Who else sees it

Our hosting and email providers process data on our behalf under data processing agreements. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, object to our processing of it, or ask for it in a portable form. Email us and we will answer.

If you think we have handled your data wrongly, you can complain to Datatilsynet, the Danish Data Protection Agency, at datatilsynet.dk.
